“She had a rough night.  She’s fighting pneumonia, they’re giving her a unit of blood. They have increased her vent a little.  Started her on a different sedation med and antibiotic.  Just praying for a restful day. . . and for her antibiotics to kick in.  We’re praising that the tracheal swelling seems to be decreasing, though.”

We’re having a hard time managing his pain today. They had to change the sheets on his bed, and give him a bed bath; this made him pretty uncomfortable.

Scripture speaks of our Lord “blessing His people with peace”. Praying that today.

Please pray against infection for Autumn, and that Elijah’s pain would be managed. Continue to pray that they would wake up in His timing.

  1. Earlier God led me to his blessing and now he led me to his prayer. For Autumn, Elijah and the
    families…Matthew 6:9-13.
Our Father, which art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy Kingdom com thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power forever and ever. Amen
Never the less Lord not my will, but thine be done.

  2. Just hang in there! I know you’ll come out of this alive! You can do it.
